Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into even-sized cubes.
- Toss the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Return to the oven for 5 more minutes, or until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
