Ingredients

  • Thick-cut Potato Chips
  • Fresh Salsa (tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice)
  • Guacamole (ripe avocados, diced onion, lime juice, salt)
  • Chicken Wings (or drumsticks/cauliflower)
  • Veggie Platter (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers)
  • Cheese Dip (melting cheese, e.g. cheddar or pepper jack)
  • Meatballs (savory meatballs or pre-made)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salsa and guacamole: Dice fresh tomatoes, onions, and cilantro for your salsa. Combine with lime juice. For guacamole, mash ripe avocados and mix with diced onion, lime juice, and salt until creamy.
  2. Arrange potato chips: Place a generous portion in a serving bowl.
  3. Bake or fry chicken wings: Toss wings in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at 400°F for 40-45 minutes or fry until golden. Toss with favorite sauce.
