Ingredients

- 200ml tonic water
- 1/2 ripe mango, diced
- A pinch of sea salt
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Brew a shot of espresso using your preferred method and let it cool slightly.
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes about halfway up.
- Add the diced mango over the ice.
- Pour the tonic water over the ice and mango.
- Carefully pour the cooled espresso on top.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt atop the drink.
- Stir gently to incorporate the flavors without losing the fizzy sparkle.
