Description

A refreshing beverage that combines robust espresso with the fizz of tonic water and the sweetness of ripe mango.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 200ml tonic water
  • 1/2 ripe mango, diced
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso using your preferred method and let it cool slightly.
  2. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes about halfway up.
  3. Add the diced mango over the ice.
  4. Pour the tonic water over the ice and mango.
  5. Carefully pour the cooled espresso on top.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt atop the drink.
  7. Stir gently to incorporate the flavors without losing the fizzy sparkle.

Notes
