Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruits: Start by peeling and slicing your kiwis and trimming the strawberries. Dice the fresh pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, sliced kiwis, and sliced strawberries.
  3. Add mint and lime: Sprinkle the freshly chopped mint leaves over the fruit, adding a fragrant note. Drizzle the juice of one lime and honey (or agave syrup) over the mixture.
