Description

A refreshing frozen dessert that combines zesty lemonade with a creamy filling, all nestled in a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust
  • 3½ oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 10½ oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 9 fl oz Frozen Lemonade Concentrate, thawed
  • ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream, cold

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese: In the bowl of a stand mixer, whip the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in the condensed milk gradually, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Incorporate the thawed frozen lemonade concentrate slowly until the mixture is silky.
  4. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the lemonade mixture gently.
  6. Fill the crust with the filling, smoothing the top.
  7. Freeze the pie for at least 6-12 hours until set.
  8. Serve with additional whipped cream or lemon slices if desired.
