Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • Cloves (optional)

Instructions

  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. Place your ham in the roasting pan.
  4. Whisk together brown sugar, orange juice, crushed pineapple, and Dijon mustard to create the glaze.
