Description

Succulent grilled lobster tails brushed with rich garlic butter, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 Lobster Tails
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Melt the butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Add garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Score the lobster tails by cutting them in half lengthwise.
  4. Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Place the lobster tails, meat side down, on the grill for 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. Flip the tails, baste with more garlic butter, and grill for another 3 to 5 minutes until the meat is opaque.
  7. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Prepare garlic butter in advance for enhanced flavor. Adjust grilling times based on lobster size.
