- 4 Lobster Tails
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Melt the butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Add garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Score the lobster tails by cutting them in half lengthwise.
- Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails, meat side down, on the grill for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Flip the tails, baste with more garlic butter, and grill for another 3 to 5 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Prepare garlic butter in advance for enhanced flavor. Adjust grilling times based on lobster size.
