Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Coat each chicken thigh generously with the harissa mixture.
- Place the coated chicken thighs on a roasting pan, skin-side up.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
