Description

Indulge in the flavorful journey of Harissa Chicken with smoky, spicy notes and perfectly roasted chicken thighs.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
  • 3 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Coat each chicken thigh generously with the harissa mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken thighs on a roasting pan, skin-side up.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate chicken overnight. If short on time, an air fryer can be used to cook the chicken.
