- 150g Sugar
- 100g Unsalted Butter, softened
- 3 Eggs
- 300ml Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture and gently fold until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool the cake in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Whip the cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream on top of the cooled cake and serve.
