Delicious and festive peppermint fudge cups perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract.
- Pour the mixture into mini cupcake liners, filling them halfway.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top of the fudge mixture.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the fudge cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your festive treat!
