Description

Delicious and festive peppermint fudge cups perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract.
  3. Pour the mixture into mini cupcake liners, filling them halfway.
  4. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top of the fudge mixture.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the fudge cups.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy your festive treat!
