Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix together honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the spiral sliced ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
  4. Brush the ham generously with the honey mixture.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for about 15–20 minutes per pound.
  6. Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes to allow the ham to brown.
  7. Let the ham rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving.
