Ingredients
- Slices of Bread (thick-sliced like sourdough or ciabatta)
- Cheddar Cheese (aged)
- Cooked Beef (sliced thin)
- Bacon (cooked crispy)
- Apple Slices (tart like Granny Smith or sweet like Honeycrisp)
- Hot Honey
- Butter
Instructions
- Heat the skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Assemble the sandwich with one slice of bread butt down, layered with cheddar cheese, beef, bacon, apple slices, and hot honey.
- Crown with another slice of bread, butter side up.
- Grill until the bottom turns golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).
- Flip the sandwich carefully and grill until cheese melts and bread is brown.
- Slice and serve your sandwich.
Notes
Use room-temperature ingredients for best melting results. Store leftover sandwiches in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
