- 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Set to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the honey feta sauce: In a mixing bowl, blend the honey, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
- Prepare the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in your baking dish and drizzle them with olive oil.
- Coat with sauce: Pour the honey feta mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is generously coated.
- Bake: Let the chicken bake for 25-30 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Rest before serving: Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For more flavor, marinate the chicken in the honey feta mixture for a few hours or overnight. This recipe can also be adapted for the air fryer.
