Description

A delightful twist on traditional chicken dishes, featuring juicy chicken marinated in honey and feta, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven: Set to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the honey feta sauce: In a mixing bowl, blend the honey, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
  3. Prepare the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in your baking dish and drizzle them with olive oil.
  4. Coat with sauce: Pour the honey feta mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is generously coated.
  5. Bake: Let the chicken bake for 25-30 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Rest before serving: Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate the chicken in the honey feta mixture for a few hours or overnight. This recipe can also be adapted for the air fryer.
