Description

A refreshing and vibrant cocktail that combines the sweetness of kiwi with tangy lime and smooth tequila, perfect for summer celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz triple sec (orange liqueur)
  • Ice
  • Lime wedges for garnish
  • Salt for rimming the glass (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass: Run a lime wedge along the rim of your glass and dip it into a plate of salt.
  2. Blend the ingredients: In your blender, combine the kiwis, lime juice, tequila, and triple sec. Blend until smooth.
  3. Prepare your glass: Fill the rimmed glass with ice.
  4. Pour the kiwi mixture over the ice.
  5. Garnish and serve: Add lime wedges to the rim and serve immediately.

Notes
