Description

A comforting dish featuring tender cauliflower, creamy cheeses, and crispy bacon, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Gently mix in the steamed cauliflower, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
  6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bacon.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
