- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently mix in the steamed cauliflower, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
