Description

A delightful and fluffy Easter salad combining marshmallows, whipped cream, and colorful fruits for a festive dish that evokes the spirit of spring.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup of whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1 cup of fruit (pineapple chunks or mandarin oranges)
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup of whipped cream and 1 cup of mini marshmallows in a large bowl.
  2. Fold in 1 cup of fruit, 1/2 cup of shredded coconut, and 1/2 cup of chopped nuts if desired.
  3. Mix gently using a rubber spatula to prevent flattening the marshmallows.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
  5. Garnish with maraschino cherries before serving.

Notes

Can be made a day in advance; perfect for Easter brunch, potlucks, and family gatherings. Avoid overmixing to maintain fluffiness.
