Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and cocoa powder.
- Layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of mini dessert cups.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, top with chocolate chips and holiday sprinkles.
