Description

Delight in these mini s’mores pies featuring layers of rich chocolate brownie, gooey marshmallow, and crunchy graham cracker crust—perfect for any gathering or a quiet evening at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of your favorite brownie mix
  • 8 mini graham cracker crusts
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie batter by mixing according to package directions.
  2. Fill each graham cracker crust with brownie batter, leaving some space at the top.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips immediately after baking.
  5. Return to oven for an additional 3-5 minutes until marshmallows are puffed.
  6. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
