- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add the diced ham, shredded cheese, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Crack the eggs into another bowl and whisk until frothy. Pour in the milk and whisk again.
- Pour the ham and cheese mixture into the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
- Carefully pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
Notes
Can be made ahead of time. Prepare the filling the night before and bake in the morning for a fresh breakfast.
