Description

A delicious quiche filled with savory ham, creamy cheese, and a hint of hot sauce, perfect for brunch or any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add the diced ham, shredded cheese, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Crack the eggs into another bowl and whisk until frothy. Pour in the milk and whisk again.
  4. Pour the ham and cheese mixture into the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Carefully pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden on top.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.

Notes

Can be made ahead of time. Prepare the filling the night before and bake in the morning for a fresh breakfast.
