Description

A delightful combination of ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese in a creamy, egg-infused casserole, perfectly baked and topped with powdered sugar.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread (brioche or sourdough)
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk (whole or dairy-free)
  • 1 cup of diced ham
  • 1 cup of diced turkey
  • 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • Jams (for serving, like raspberry or strawberry)

Instructions

  1. Grease a large baking dish.
  2. Layer the bread slices at the bottom.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  4. Layer the ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese on top.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  8. Serve hot, dusted with powdered sugar and accompany with sweet jams.
