- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate melts or chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until fully coated. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of your pie dish and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form in a mixing bowl.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate and cool slightly, then stir it into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture carefully.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice with a sharp knife and serve chilled, topped with whipped cream or chocolate shavings if desired.
