Description

A rich and creamy no-bake chocolate pie with a buttery chocolate crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate melts or chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until fully coated. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of your pie dish and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form in a mixing bowl.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  4. Melt the chocolate and cool slightly, then stir it into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture carefully.
  6. Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Slice with a sharp knife and serve chilled, topped with whipped cream or chocolate shavings if desired.
