Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Chocolate for coating (milk, dark, or white)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they turn into fine crumbs.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until mix is cohesive.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  6. Chill the coated balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
