Description

Indulge in these No-Bake Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cups, where rich cream cheese and whipped cream intertwine with a crunchy graham cracker crust and decadent caramel, all elevated by a touch of sea salt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip the Heavy Cream: In another clean bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Sweeten the Mix: Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Combine the Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into your cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
  5. Create the Crust: In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened.
  6. Assemble the Cups: Spoon the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of serving cups, pressing down slightly.
  7. Add the Cheesecake Mousse: Layer the creamy filling on top of the crust, filling each cup generously.
  8. Drizzle with Caramel: Finish off your cups by drizzling a layer of caramel sauce over the mousse.
  9. Sprinkle with Sea Salt: Lightly sprinkle sea salt on top.
  10. Chill and Serve: Place the cups in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes to firm up.

Notes

Chill for longer if you can resist! These cups can be made a day in advance.
