Description

A refreshing and easy no bake dessert featuring luscious layers of strawberries, whipped cream, and ladyfingers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package of ladyfingers or sponge cake
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream into a mixing bowl, adding powdered sugar and vanilla extract, until soft peaks form.
  2. Prepare a serving dish and spread a layer of strawberry jam at the bottom.
  3. Layer the ladyfingers or sponge cake over the jam, covering the surface.
  4. Spoon half of the whipped cream mixture over the ladyfingers, smoothing with a spatula.
  5. Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the whipped cream.
  6. Repeat the layers with remaining ladyfingers, whipped cream, and strawberries.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make it a day in advance for best flavor; using ripe strawberries enhances taste.
