A refreshing and easy no bake dessert featuring luscious layers of strawberries, whipped cream, and ladyfingers.

- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package of ladyfingers or sponge cake
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream into a mixing bowl, adding powdered sugar and vanilla extract, until soft peaks form.
- Prepare a serving dish and spread a layer of strawberry jam at the bottom.
- Layer the ladyfingers or sponge cake over the jam, covering the surface.
- Spoon half of the whipped cream mixture over the ladyfingers, smoothing with a spatula.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers with remaining ladyfingers, whipped cream, and strawberries.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
Make it a day in advance for best flavor; using ripe strawberries enhances taste.
