Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls or shape them into hearts.
- Place the shaped truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
