Description

A deliciously roasted cauliflower dish, elevated with Parmesan cheese and aromatic herbs, perfect as a side or a main attraction.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm as a side dish or snack.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Pre-cut your cauliflower and store in the fridge a day prior. Use an air fryer for a quicker version.
