Description

Delicious roasted cauliflower infused with garlic, oregano, and topped with melted Parmesan cheese, creating a perfect balance of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the cauliflower.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute nutritional yeast for Parmesan cheese. Ensure cauliflower florets are uniformly cut for even cooking.
