Description

  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or peanut)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
  2. Heat the Oil: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the oil until shimmering.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Add the sliced chicken to the hot skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the Vegetables: Toss in your mixed vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes.
