Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour, salt, and chopped pecans, mixing until combined.
- Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Roll the warm cookies in additional powdered sugar before serving.
