- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar

- 1 package (1.75 oz) of pectin
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the peppers by removing stems and seeds, then chop finely.
- Combine chopped peppers, sugar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and salt in a large pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
- Add pectin and cook for 1-2 minutes while stirring to blend.
- Cool the mixture slightly for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the jam into sterilized jars while still warm and seal tightly.
- Allow jars to cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating.
