Description

A delightful twist on a classic comfort food, this Personal Chicken Alfredo Pizza features creamy Alfredo sauce, tender shredded chicken, and sun-dried tomatoes, all baked on a perfect crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Pizza Dough
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the pizza dough instructions, ideally to around 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your preferred thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Top with shredded chicken, ensuring even distribution.
  6. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes across the pizza.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously on top.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, watching for a golden crust.
  10. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, slice hot, and serve immediately.
