Description

A comforting, protein-packed bake that combines the essence of pizza with creamy cottage cheese, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and cooked pasta in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in bell peppers, black olives, pepperoni, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This bake can be assembled a day in advance and baked directly from the fridge. To save time, consider using an air fryer.
