- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish generously with cooking spray or butter.
- Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until golden-brown, then set aside.
- Prepare the egg mixture by whisking together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Layer the cooked sausage in the bottom of your greased baking dish.
- Add the diced onions and bell peppers over the sausage.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage and vegetables.
- Top it off with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is golden.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
