Description

A luscious trifle made with layers of Devil’s Food cake, sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, and toffee bits, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box Devil’s Food Cake
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup Toffee Bits

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cake: Following package instructions, bake the Devil’s Food cake and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  2. Layer the Cake: Break the cooled cake into bite-sized pieces and place a layer of cake at the bottom of your trifle dish.
  3. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk: Drizzle a generous layer of sweetened condensed milk over the cake pieces.
  4. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the condensed milk.
  5. Sprinkle Toffee Bits: Add a layer of toffee bits over the whipped cream.
  6. Repeat the Layers: Continue layering the ingredients until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream and toffee bits on top.
  7. Chill: Cover the trifle and place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
