Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and add garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- Arrange the chicken breasts, cubed potatoes, and mixed vegetables on a sheet pan.
