Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Sheet Pan Tacos loaded with seasoned ground meat, fresh peppers, black beans, and melted cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 12 small tortillas (flour or corn)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground meat and taco seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the seasoned mixture evenly over the sheet pan.
  4. Scatter black beans, corn, diced peppers, and onions over the ground meat.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until meat is thoroughly cooked.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  7. Return the pan to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Warm the tortillas in the oven or on the stovetop.
