- 1 cup canned coconut milk

- Shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
- Combine the cake mix, coconut milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Beat the cream cheese and softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and coconut extract, mixing until smooth.
- Cool the cake completely before frosting it with the cream cheese mixture.
- Garnish with shredded coconut if desired. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
