- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/3 cup cream (warmed)

Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes: Start by peeling and chopping your Yukon Gold potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
- Combine Ingredients: Place the chopped potatoes into your slow cooker, then pour in the chicken broth. Dot the top with butter cubes, sprinkle the onion powder, and add the minced garlic.
- Cook to Perfection: Cover and set your slow cooker to high for about 180-240 minutes.
- Mash It Up: Once cooked, use a potato masher or an electric mixer to mash the potatoes until they reach your desired consistency.
- Mix in the Goodness: Stir in your sour cream, salt, and pepper. Slowly blend in the warmed cream until you achieve your desired creaminess.
