Description

Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked ham (about 6 to 8 pounds)
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • Pineapple slices (for garnish, optional)
  • Cherries (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the ham in the slow cooker, flat side down.
  2. Mix the brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, ground mustard, and ground cloves in a bowl.
  3. Pour the glaze over the ham, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until heated through.
  5. Add pineapple slices on top during the last hour if desired.
  6. Remove the ham, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve, garnished with cherries if desired.
