Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 8 ounces smoked salmon, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Add gnocchi and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt a tablespoon of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, followed by the smoked salmon and capers. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Gently fold cooked gnocchi into the sauce and toss to combine.
