Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
