- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the pork chops and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme to the skillet.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and cover.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
