- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the smoked Gouda, cream cheese, sour cream, crispy bacon, minced jalapeño, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
