- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the chicken in a non-stick skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Infuse the minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Create the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and black pepper in a small bowl, then pour it over the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the chicken and sauce, tossing to coat them well.
- Serve plated high, garnished with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
