Description

A delightful dessert combining juicy strawberries, creamy cheesecake, and a light cake topping, all baked in one pan.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Colorful Easter sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Layer the sliced strawberries evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth, then pour over the strawberries.
  4. Combine the yellow cake mix, melted butter, and milk in another bowl, then pour over the cream cheese layer without overmixing.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden and cake is set.
  6. Cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle colorful Easter toppings over the cake.
  7. Serve warm or chilled, as desired.

Notes

If you’re making ahead, prepare the strawberry layer and cream cheese mixture a day prior. Use frozen strawberries if needed, draining excess moisture.
