Instructions
- Remove the crusts from your bread slices. Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice.
- Spread softened cream cheese on each slice, then layer the sliced strawberries on top.
- Roll the bread tightly, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Whisk together the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl until combined.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each roll in the egg mixture and then place it in the hot skillet.
- Cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Dust cooked roll-ups with powdered sugar before serving.
