- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- Cool Whip or whipped cream
- 2 cups strawberry Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed pretzels, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
- Fold in Cool Whip until fully integrated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in boiling water, then mix in sliced strawberries.
- Refrigerate until it thickens slightly, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set completely, usually about 4 hours.
Notes
Can be made a day in advance for best flavor. Ensure the crust cools before adding the cream cheese layer.
