A creamy and cheesy Stuffed Mushroom Dip that combines sautéed mushrooms with a blend of cheeses, perfect for gatherings and cozy nights.

- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil or butter over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Combine softened cream cheese and sour cream, stirring until melted into the mushrooms.
- Stir in half of the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan until smooth.
- Top with remaining mozzarella, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbling.
- Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley and serve hot with dippers.
Notes
Make-ahead tip: Prepare the dip a day in advance and store in the fridge. Also, consider using an air fryer for a quicker, crisp finish.
