- 1 cup plain yogurt

- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Combine the plain yogurt, vegetable oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, tandoori masala, cumin powder, paprika, and salt in a large bowl to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking tray with foil and place a wire rack on top.
