Description

A deliciously tender and flavorful chicken breast, marinated in olive oil, lemon, and garlic, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (rosemary, thyme, or parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Create the marinade by whisking together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Immerse the chicken breasts in the marinade, making sure they’re fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the fridge.
  4. Cook each chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken overnight and ensure even cooking by using a meat mallet to tenderize the breasts.
