Instructions
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Create the marinade by whisking together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Immerse the chicken breasts in the marinade, making sure they’re fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the fridge.
- Cook each chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, marinate the chicken overnight and ensure even cooking by using a meat mallet to tenderize the breasts.
