Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove any damaged outer leaves from the cabbage.
  3. Cut the bottom of the cabbage to create a flat surface for stability.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the cabbage, ensuring every leaf gets a lovely coat.
  5. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the cabbage in a baking dish and cover it with aluminum foil.
  7. Roast in the oven for about 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and roast for an additional 15 minutes until tender and beautifully caramelized.
